I know it makes me a bit odd in the CrossFit world that I’m into tofu… And maybe I’m odd in the tofu world because I do eat meat… But when it is done right I really think it’s awesome. Doing it right, like many things in life, and even in CrossFit and weightlifting, is largely a game of patience.
Tonight I got a little distracted and let my tofu hang out over medium heat, in a little Pam, undisturbed for a good ten minutes, and it is absolutely gorgeous as a result. Sometimes the “secret” to success really is as simple as not being in such a rush to succeed.
